“I have been looking for a gym for while; when I first saw the google review on Monroe CrossFit, it brought me interested. I was wondering what kind of Gym can have such high review. But I also have other concerns, as I learned from internet that CrossFit is more difficult than burn boot camp or the Pilate I have done before. However I really need to find a place to workout, and it’s not far away from where I live. So I set up an appointment online, and I received very quick response. Then I was asked for some basic information about my past experience on workout; after a meeting with Greg, I choose to start with 3 classes of personal training since I am total new to CrossFit; I must say Greg and Sharon are very nice and patient coaches, they help me adjust some movements that I have done incorrect, show me how to do it right, and keep encouraging me. For the first time, I feel I will like workout. After the personal training, I joined the class officially , I was actually very nervous for my first class, but turned out I worried too much. Can you believe you pay for the membership price, but still have “personal coach”. They make different plan for different members’ need. Every class, I have my own class schedule, the coach always keep eyes on me because I am new to CrossFit, I really feel been taking very good care of. We have few different coaches, no matter which class I attend, they remember my name, and be very patient to teach me how to do it right. Courtney, Andrea, and I can’t wait to take more classes and meet more coaches; I believe they are all the same, nice and patient. Except for the excellent coaches, everybody in the class are nice too. We say hi and smile to each other, encouraging each other; crossfit already becomes the most important daily thing for me. Can you believe I just take this class no more than a month. And from this long long review, you can imagine how much I love Monroe CrossFit!! If you are looking for a gym, come to this place, it won’t disappoint you.”

“I tried other gyms in the area and this, for me, is the best. I wish I had started here first. The staff is friendly and helpful. They speak to me every time I walk in. Love the group training. I have had some life changing events and they stood by me every step of the way. Supporting me and encouraging me. I highly recommend Anytime Fitness.”

“Who every did the parking lot really didn't think this through. The put handicap parking on the far left side of the of the building and the handicap ramp on the far right side of the building. Really?!? The doors are between the parking and the ramp. So you have to get out your car go accross the parking lot to get to the ramp passing the the doors to go in to get to the ramp.
The gym is nice but whoever is charge of the parking lot needs to get their act together.”
“While I like it here so far, but wish they'd be more strict about pool apparel-- adults coming in a outdoor pool fully clothed. Are they clean, or dirty and sweaty, your clothes? There's this thing called Swimwear. Enforce some basic hygiene rules!”
“The best place to train in Monroe, full stop. Whether your a beginner or national champion you belong here. No drama, no big egos, or silly gym rules. Just lift, lowest prices around, best gym atmosphere. Champions train here every day, it's like living in the movie pumping iron.”
“I prefer enterprise to any other gym I have been to. It has all the equipment you ever need and the staff is very friendly too. I have been a member since January and I love it so much. Very nice”
