The team was very professional and helpful from the start. They took the time to look at it, explained the issue clearly, and even ordered the part needed to repair it. “I bought a iPhone XR there and it was just perfect I forgot the name of the lady that helped us but she was very nice she gave me my case half price because it was my birthday but the only problem I had was when I got home and I checked the phone box there was no headphones and there was no charger adapter there was only a charger cord so my stepdad had to go to Walmart and get me the adapter but I never got the headphones imma call them and get my headphones”

“After getting locked out of my company, phone and my company contact directing me to hit the verizon store, I ended up walking in at about 12:20pm and was greeted immediately by Annette. She asked me why I was there?And I told her that I was hoping to get some help even though I already knew what the outcome would be with my phone being on a corporate account. Although she was not able to fix my issue because it had to be fixed by my company, she at least got me access back into my phone and was very patient while I worked through communicating with my company for info. Everything she told me was accurate and I appreciated her upfront and honest demeanor. Annette took charge, was no nonsense, professional, patient, firm, respectful and more than willing to help. We need to clone her for customer service roles everywhere.”

Due to a slight fixable issue I had to go back the next day and ask for help. Brittany helped me again.
