“On April 16th I went to this store for SEVERAL issues regarding my phone and phone service. Reonna was extremely helpful and professional! She was VERY patient and friendly. She helped me to understand every question I asked and helped resolve some issues I had been having with my phone service for over two years! She discovered there was no insurance (which there should have been) and a whole phone line that was never utilized on my plan. Ultimately leading me to receive a brand new phone, receiving my teacher discount (finally), and my monthly payment being reduced tremendously! I told her that I could cry sitting there as she helped fix some major issues that no one had been able to help me fix or understand! I really felt like someone had finally paid attention to me. Miss Reonna in my opinion deserves a raise or a bonus of some sort for helping a 20 year customer!”

I'm not sure what happened exactly but I was having a problem with my bill, the manager was sweeping the floor and when I asked to speak with him he came right over and listened to me. He was cool as a cucumber, unbothered. Fixed my problem immediately and got me out of there quickly. I noticed even when I got home, he really went above and beyond. I appreciate that. Customer service! And he always looks fly in some tmobile pink when I go up there haha”

“My previous experience at a different boost mobile location was pretty terrible to say the least.. so I drove 45 minutes to try this location and the lady that took care of me was absolutely great, she was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and made it worth the drive and I will definitely continue to visit this location for any future needs from boost.”
