“At times, there are not enough staff to assist at the service desk and Geek squad. However, I recently observed more staff at the service desk for the holiday season.The store is clean and organized. Staff are friendly, thorough, and command solid knowledge of the products. Furthermore, they strive to meet the customers needs.Of note, if you have a Geek Squad plan and require service for your electronic device, call the 800 service number first to find out if they service your device. Some electronic and related services are excluded from the plan.”
“This location is pretty big and renovated. I did come on a Saturday, so it was quite BUSY, to say the least. Parking was full, but I was able to snag one almost at the front. There is a big parking lot so there are plenty of spaces to choose from. Inside was pretty clean but just so much traffic. The makeup section was picked apart and crowded, so I just opted to stay away. Other than that, it is a great location and has a variety of things and is well stocked. I would try to avoid going on weekends as it seems it's always so crowded when I go on weekends.”
“What a great experience. I bought an IPhone 14 online with Verizon, I received a promotion on the phone. When I received the phone I realized it was smaller than I wanted. Today, we went to the Matthews Verizon store and Brennan (he was one of the mangers) was able to exchange it for me and help me get it set up. The kindest guy you will ever meet. We enjoyed talking with him while our phone was being set up! The process was very smooth and will always use this store!”
“I literally just came in for a quick lunch. Unfortunately, it was during peak hours. The line was very long, and when I finally made it to the cashier register to order, the guy rang me up wrong and got upset thinking I didn't tell him the correct amount of pizza slices I needed. He did make up by just letting me "have the slice" since they were busy. Other than that, tasty, cheap food to-go. I especially like their hotdog combo plus, Sam's Club has the sauerkraut condiment packets”

“My hubby uses an older tablet for work and is a serial screen killer. Another place was going to make him come in before they would order anything, which adds way more time to something we need done urgently.Haven't had the screen replaced here yet, but the guy on the phone was awesome! Good customer service and was willing to order what we needed and allow me to prepay, rather than having to come up there, saving us a work day and possible shipping time. Thanks for your help!”
