When I tell you they bring the creative, critical thinking, problem solving, never say die vibe, all undergirded by expertise, common sense, and a customer service perspective, I mean every word of that. They have delivered for me every time and exceeded my expectations every time. And I ask for a lot. So I am giving them the highest recommendation with absolutely no reservation. Go there and ask them for help and you're not going to be disappointed. Special shout out to Abby who, in the midst of a store full of customers, helped me navigate and get what I needed while still delivering customer service to all the people in line. Everybody was served and satisfied. My problem was resolved in the flow and she just kept it moving. And I really want to give special praise to Linda as the leader there because she has shown up for me herself. And it's obvious that she has done a great job hiring and instilling in her team the value and the expectation of excellence with every opportunity. So cheers UPS store on Dickerson Boulevard. “I came over here to leave a review because I am super super impressed at the quick turnover service we received today. My mother-in-law has passed away and we needed an obituary/photo printed up for our family. We needed 50 copies and when I tell you that the moment I called, she was very upbeat & friendly she said her name was Taylor. She told me to just email the file and she would let me know when it would be ready. She answered all my questions and she was very patient. She asked me for my patience because It was busy and she was working by herself at the store. How about she called us back less than 30 minutes later and told us our project was finished and folded and to come pick it up! Wow! Amazing! I came to say she went above and beyond despite all the stress she was under working by herself. She’s super awesome, and she should be recognized by her superiors. When my husband went to pick up the order, she was still very kind, still smiling and she is sure to slow down when she speaks to you. She hurries with her tasks and is on point! She is excellent at customer facing! Our project came out beautiful, thank you Taylor!”

“I had an incredibly stressful and exhausting day and walked into FedEx feeling completely overwhelmed and disorganized, which is very unlike me. Thankfully, Kathy was there, and she was a true godsend. She immediately recognized that I needed some help and went above and beyond to make sure my package was prepared correctly and safely. She helped me with the paperwork, made a copy for my records, found a better way to package everything, and made sure it was all securely packed, labeled, and ready to go. What impressed me most was her kindness and patience. She could tell I was having a rough day, and instead of simply doing the minimum, she took the time to help me through the entire process. When everything was finished, I asked what I owed her, and she simply said, “Nothing. You’re good to go.” Kathy turned a very stressful day into a much better one just by being kind, patient, and genuinely helpful.
