“For the past 3 years this has been my UPS Store location. I’m constantly out of town and to know my packages are always safe when I have to redirect my packages with the UPS App. I have it set to deliver to this UPS Store. I always get greeted with a smile and by my name especially by the owner Zil. To know they recognize you as a frequent customer and took to time to know my name. While I wait, it’s nice to have conversations outside the normal to just asking how is your day going goes a long way. This is what all UPS Stores should exemplify. Thank you!!”
