However, one customer had a disappointing experience with the store's notary policy, which they found to be inconvenient and unnecessary. I don’t think I’ve ever been in the store where everybody working there wasn’t smiling. They get busy at times, but the staff handles the crowd efficiently while seemingly given each customer the time and attention they and their project need. Knowledgeable and helpful staff!
