We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, the floor sales representative walked us to the area we were looking for and helped us select the correct size. She also offered to hold the merchandise at the register while we continued to shop around so I wouldn't have to carry it. The clerk at the register was very personable and seemed very invested in our experience at the store. He smiled and laughed with us during the transaction. Excellent staff! Great experience! Will shop again.”

“I recently went to Rack Room to get a new pair of tennis shoes at this location and the customer service was lovely! Upon walking in the door, I was warmly greeted by multiple employees. Taylor helped me out tremendously and made my shopping experience easy and pleasant. I had several shoes in mind that I wanted to try on and Taylor was more than happy to help me find each one. She was obviously very knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated her patience. Good customer service seems to be rare these days (in my opinion) and it was so refreshing to be treated like a valued customer during my visit the other day. Shout out to the assistant managers Taylor and Brittany, and their associates for making the Poplin Place Rack Room and enjoyable place to shop!”
