Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting in Mooresville provides auto body repair and car painting services. Reviews describe a mix of professional and problematic experiences. Several customers report excellent results, with their vehicles looking terrific and perfect after repairs and painting, calling it a pleasant and very professional experience where expectations were met. Customer service is noted as a priority, with staff making extra efforts to resolve issues like part fittings.
However, other reviews highlight significant problems. One customer was totally disappointed, citing unreplaced, loose sensors and feeling misled, vowing never to use the shop again. Another notes only ok communication, mentioning it was hard to get status updates despite the work being done nicely and in reasonable time. The business guarantees its work, aiming to expertly repair damage so it is undetectable.
They were great! Their Labor Day sales saved me a lot of money and now my car looks brand new Thanks to their paint job!
