At the time they were clearly having some staffing issues but I was desperate and waited and Tre did NOT disappoint!!! He was friendly and was helping 2 of us with the same issue at the same time. He was pleasant, patient (I have old people problems when it comes to technology so this is important), and knowledgeable! I've had this TMobile notification popping up for 3 days all day that I couldn't get to stop and he helped me in 2.2 seconds and even remembered us 2 months later so we both made lasting impressions!!!
