“We had a wonderful experience at the T-Mobile/UScellular Store thanks to Andrew B. He helped my family set up four new iPhones and assisted us with choosing the right accessories as well. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. Even with four phones to set up, he worked efficiently and made sure everything was taken care of. He took great care in applying all four screen protectors as well, which we were all very grateful for! He was a pleasure to work with, and we really appreciated his excellent customer service. Andrew definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond! In fact everyone working there was genuinely super friendly and turned what could normally be a hassle into a very positive experience.”
“Christopher was everything a customer service person should be. They are like teachers, valuable and underserved. The backbone of business but the management teams get all the credit. Thank you Chris at the Morehead City store.”

“I met with Anita this morning to get my phone set up after switching over from AT&T. She was attentive, professional, and clearly communicated every step of the way. I am so glad that I was able to work with Anita on this today, as it was not a simple task. Thank you for all of your help!”
