He was very thorough and informative about what my options were and what my best next steps would be. The team kept me informed on the progress of the repairs and was very transparent about pricing. I got my computer back after two weeks (mostly due to delays in receiving parts), and the computer was as good as new. Great place with great people.”

He was very helpful and patient as I am a “boomer”. We were unable to fix my laptop however he was able to provide a reasonable solution.”

He helped me work through a somewhat complicated request today and never made me feel like he was inconvenienced or frustrated (even though I took up so much of his time.) He answered all of my questions clearly and effectively, and made sure I received all of the discounts/benefits I qualified for with my purchase. He even managed to help some other customers while we were waiting for my stuff to load, which I appreciated!

“They did an amazing job repairing my computer. My screen was completely broken (and I rely on my computer for work), and they had it repaired within a very reasonable timeframe. Honestly, the screen looks even better than the original!
On top of that, he cleaned the fans at no extra charge, which was a really nice bonus. Super communicative throughout the entire process, very professional, friendly, and priced extremely fairly.
Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be coming back if I have any other computer issues.”
