Brought a vanity separately but needed a top to be cut to a specific size versus the standard 60 inches. They did an awesome job with the cut and the installation. “Great experience from beginning to end. Jennifer G was our consultant and from the beginning asked our expectations of price etc. which matched the product that was presented. We also threw her a curveball by asking to have the guest bathroom partially changed when she only had the original work order for the primary bath. Both were completed within a couple of hours and we were advised that product will take some time to come in and then it would be scheduled and yes they were busy up to January (this was October when we placed final orders). The installer, Rich, came on time every day and worked the hours he stated, Everytime the work area was cleaned up, arranged for next day and vacuumed. Rich was able to finish within the week and did not have to come back for the guest bath which was scheduled for 1 day the following week (worked out great because of ice storm!). It is beautiful and wish we had done sooner! Thank you to the team at Glenwood Ave. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a bathroom remodel”

We worked with their team to do a complete kitchen renovation - Knocking down walls, rerouting plumbing, electrical, new cabinets and countertops, etc. This was the first time my wife and I have taken on major projects in our home and were diligent in our search for contractors.Rich stood out from the rest - He was kind, informative, and helped walk my wife and I through the process and helped us decide on a final design. He was extremely patient with us as we made tweaks to the plan along the way and helped us arrive at a solution for each change.He not only acted as our general contractor who coordinated with the carpenters, drywall specialists, plumbers, and electricians, but he went above and beyond by sharing his wisdom on how I should go about completing some of my own projects around the house - i.e. laying hardwood flooring, replacing and resizing windows, etc.I highly recommend reaching out to Rich and the Carolina Cabinet Company for your next project. It's been a while since the last visit, and the store looks so much better. I realize it's a limited space, but sometimes it is difficult to maneuver the aisles. I don't know if I hit it just right, but the shelves seemed full, and the aisles were clear.
I only came across two employees working the registers. They could have been a little more focused on the guests, but having worked retail, I get it.
Overall, a good place for good items. I always check the books and was not disappointed.”

“Pretty awesome place to check out some pretty good quality kitchen stuff! We've bought a set of Zwilling knives here, some different seasonings, all sorts of things. The only complaint I have, other than some items being overpriced quite frankly, is that the customer service, while mostly great, isn't perfect.

My biggest example is when we went to buy a coffee machine that was in stock at the store. We went in to inquire about price matching from Amazon, which is allowed if the item is sold by Amazon directly, according to the store's website. The manager pushed back HARD against the match, which was about $50 lower than what the machine was in store ($130 vs $180-ish). She tried changing the items on the listing as proof the item wasn't sold by Amazon, despite the color I asked for WAS sold by Amazon, which I pointed out multiple times. She said the color NAME didn't match, despite there only being one type of gray that machine ever came in. She eventually relented and honored the match, but it was like pulling teeth. When the cashier (who was incredibly kind the whole way through) has to apologize for how long it took, not great.

However, this was just one experience, and all of the other ones I have had have been pretty solid. So we'll keep coming here, though I may avoid price matching in the future to avoid the hassle.”
