“My girlfriend checked the place out first, found something she liked, and then brought me along to make a final decision. It's a bit off the beaten path, but they had a good selection of sofas (what we were looking for) and prices were good. The salesperson recognized my girlfriend as soon as we walked in and told her the couch she liked had already been sold but that we could order another one. We did, the price was 10% off, which was a nice surprise, and it was delivered two and a half weeks later and set up for me in our living room. Very easy and pleasant transaction all around.”
“Had a wonderful experience working with Karina. She was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and wasn’t pushy at all. Immediately greeted me when I came in and she gave me the space to make decisions on my own without trying to force anything on me. Ended up purchasing something a little above my price range that I had given, but that was my own decision and I didn’t feel like she only showed me products above my limit. She did an excellent job figuring out what worked for me. :)”
