She has a great manner about her, very smart and up to date on meds and ways to manage my health care. I appreciate all she has done to help me get in better health. The staff is very friendly and helpful also. They answer questions and provide feedback in the patient portal very quickly. Just can’t say enough good things about this practice.”

“This is a very clean very intentional clinic. They took care of all my needs and had me in and out. Kya at the front desk was very responsive to answer any of my questions and just a joy to speak with. Tia who called me to the back was quick very welcoming and answered all of my questions as it pertained to the visit before the PA Zach came in as my provider to finish up my visit and provide me finalized paperwork. The whole visit was very pleasant and this place has some of the best staff that I have worked with! I wish I could give them 10 stars!”

The front desk and the clinical staff both seemed detail-oriented on making sure things were done correctly - I overheard the front desk helping someone with verifying that the set of tests they were ordering fulfilled their needs, and Stacy, who drew my labs, had a checklist that she verified against to make sure she drew all the correct vials for the set of tests I had ordered for myself. Both ladies were extremely nice and professional. Overall great experience!”

He was helpful and professional taking the new test, but he also took the time to follow up on the previous years and ensure I got those results. “Maggie and the clinical team are rockstars! I was in and out for a lab test in less than 30 minutes and everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. My only wish was that there were live receptionists on staff. I had to start over my entire check in because I clicked the wrong button when trying to update my address. There’s no need to take jobs away from people just to make this process more frustrating, especially in a workplace that seemed to have such an upbeat, positive energy.”

“I had to get bloodwork done on a Saturday (this is the only location open in the area) -- after reading the reviews, I felt uncomfortable with the location but had no choice. I arrived a few minutes before 9am and the place was packed. I'm guessing there were 30 people before me in line. To my surprise, I had a great experience. I thought I'd be there for hours but it was very well run and I was out in an hour. The receptionist was helpful with my paperwork and insurance and the phlebotomist was kind and efficient. She told me that the Saturday staff were pulled from various offices and they were all fantastic!”
