Same with each and every staff as well.I also love the notifications on my phone from Walmart with periodic updates on the status of the order being filled.”

“I moved my prescriptions over to CVS in Morrisville a few months ago- I wish I had made the switch earlier. The pharmacy technicians go above and beyond to help! They are friendly, answer questions and take time to try to find the best prices for my prescriptions. 10/10 for sure!!”
“This review is for pick-up service only. I don't think I've ever physically been in this location. I've done 3 pick-up orders from this store (covid life) because my closer store didn't have things I needed in stock. I've been able to get wipes of some kind each time! (WIN!) and most of what I needed. I had to call to notify the store I arrived because the app wasn't working too well twice when I arrived. The associate answering the phone was not very friendly (stereotypical Walmart to me). I will give the staff that bring the stuff to your car the highest marks though! They are really great, friendly, and prompt. I've only had one issue with an order.”
“I switched to this Walmart pharmacy from Walgreens and I couldn’t be more happy about it. Whenever I call about a complicated prescription, Jaylin always takes his time to help me and has never made me feel like I’m taking too much of his time. I really appreciate that because my experience with other pharmacies had always been rushed. Krista is another employee there whom I always receive exceptional service from. This team here is so friendly and really show empathy and passion for helping others.”

“Updated to 4 stars for this store and -100 stars for CVS customer service. To summarize, my online pickup order was still processing after 24 hours. I called customer service, who called the store and then told me their online order system was down. (CVS is a mega corporation earning hundreds of billions of dollars a year. They should have the infrastructure to take a store offline for pickup and promptly notify customers with outstanding orders.) The agent then said he’d cancelled my order against my explicit request and there was no undoing it. His only solution was blindly reordering random products at a store over 30 minutes away. I finally gave up and asked to leave it cancelled. Ten minutes after hanging up, my original order was ready for pickup at this store. My takeaway: Be patient if an order processes an extra long time. Calling customer service will only waste your afternoon, stress you out and accomplish literally nothing.”

“I have been using this pharmacy for years. I absolutely love the owners and the staff. They deliver, they compound, they have MARs and supply documentation that is required by county and state, they can put together med cups for all of times of the day for a one month supply. I would recommend for any healthcare facility in the triangle area not just morrisville, elderly couples, or just a single person. They are worth the switch!! They have everything you will need. Supplies included.”
