“This is probably one of the best run USPS I have been to. Employees are always welcoming and I find very responsible. The post master is an effective leader and takes her role very seriously and focuses on the customers. Staff working in the back room also super helpful.”

Even though I needed help with a lot of basic steps, she stayed friendly and explained everything clearly — how to fill things out, how to pack the items, and what needed to be done. “Extremely nice and helpful workers at this location. They go above and beyond every single time and go out of their way to say hey or "wave" when I drive by. Packages are always on time and get scanned in ASAP, which is helpful when running a small business. They even found me on social media to let me know I missed something on one of my packages. You won't find that kind of service anywhere else around this area. Their help and attention to detail are very much appreciated!!”
“This morning, when I was determining which USPS office I wanted to go, to I looked up the various ratings of those on ky way to work, I was already having a challenging day and did not want to deal with the attitude I sometimes encounter folks behind the counter. This post office had the highest rating so I selected it, and I was pleased. In fact I left in a better mood than I arrived in. The woman behind the counter was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I appreciate that.”
“Love this location. Employees have always been helpful and kind. Sometimes gets quite busy though and there's usually a line. I mostly use the self service kiosk for shipping prepaid packages like returns. Super quick and convenient, the kiosk will print out a shipping label for you!”

The service is always great. The staff are always helpful and ready to assist customers. I am appreciative of kind postal workers because I can’t say the same about the location closer to my home in Raleigh. Although this is downtown Cary this location is still very convenient to parks and restaurants I frequent.”
“Passport and photo appointment was very efficient and easy! I made the appointment online three weeks ago to accommodate my schedule. The key is to follow every instruction on the application and for the appointment, and make sure you have all documents exactly as instructed. The appointment confirmation said to arrive 15min early. I arrived 25min early, with two people in front of me, and was done within 15min after I arrived. They do not take walk-ins at this location, so I highly recommend making an appointment. I brought extra paperwork that was suggested in the instructions, and was pleased that they did not need it. Bring a checkbook for the passport application fee, and credit card for the photo and processing fee. Oh, and the photo only took a few seconds. Other comments complained about walk-in appointments at this location, which is clearly stated online and in the store that they do not take walk-ins. Others complained about cleanliness and rudeness, but it was very clean and organized with ample supplies too, and the representative who processed the application and took the photo was very nice and thorough. All you have to do is have everything ready. Also, surprisingly the expedited processing time is only 3 weeks and the regular processing time is 6 weeks. I read that it could take up to 6 months for regular processing time, which is currently not the case. Also, parking was easy and convenient. I highly recommend this location!”

I was here 20-30 minutes and she really went above and beyond to help me locate this package and even called the driver. “This Morrisville USPS Office has the most patient employees that I have ever witnessed. While two customers ahead of me took forever to find their address to send their package, the employees were constantly apologizing to the customers who were waiting in line.”
