“Extremely nice and helpful workers at this location. They go above and beyond every single time and go out of their way to say hey or "wave" when I drive by. Packages are always on time and get scanned in ASAP, which is helpful when running a small business. They even found me on social media to let me know I missed something on one of my packages. You won't find that kind of service anywhere else around this area. Their help and attention to detail are very much appreciated!!”

“I’ve lived in many places across the country, and this USPS post office is truly the best I’ve experienced. The building itself is beautiful, the staff are consistently friendly, and during the holidays they even add festive decorations and music. Despite Cary’s population of around 190,000, I’m often pleasantly surprised by how little wait time there is—sometimes none at all.”
“Good post office. One of the only ones in the area that’s open on Saturday and open until 1:30 PM too! Well-organized and easy to find what you need supply-wise. If there’s a line, it usually moves quickly. All my interactions with the postal workers there have been friendly, polite and helpful.”
“Tiny parking lot for a tiny, old building. Many people in line when I got there but it moved quickly.
They might want to train Joseph to double check his work though. One woman left frustrated because he was unhelpful and had a long line. The next person asked if he needed to sign for a package. Joseph went to check and came back saying there was no package. Rosalind came up behind him and checked the spot where Joseph was just looking and found the package instantly. I'm afraid my package might have gotten lost if I ended up in Joseph's line.
Thankful Rosalind was relatively friendly and very efficient.”

“Sad my package couldn't be left at my door but they gave me a call and let me know it wouldn't be able to!
I told them I'd come pick it up that day but then Verizon went down and I couldn't tell them plans changed. Called the next day and the woman assisting me went and checked that it was still there!! (Yay!)
They were not rude, just very blunt about they can and cannot do. If anything, that helped everything go by smoother.

“After several failed attempts to mail a package to the USVI at the Holly Springs PO, I was in the area and tried here. Great experience. The USPS site was allowing me to create labels for the package, but HSPO said it couldn't ship. Gave me different instructions each time I was in, but no help. 3 minutes at Morrisville and the lady showed me the error she was getting when trying to create the label for me (which HSPO was unwilling to do.) Now I know the issue and unfortunately have to go to another shipper. I would drive out of my way and only use this PO in the future. Highly recommend this location.”
