Staff is super friendly and helpful with suggestions when you don't know what to get for a classmate etc. Love having the gifts wrapped and ready to hand to the birthday child when I leave the store. Great place and we love supporting them.”

“Such an awesome place to go for all your nerdy TTRPG and general tabletop needs. Ranging from model kits to minis and supplies, to source books for D&D, to various tabletop board games. They've made it a point to keep in stock games that aren't mainstream, so you're always likely to find games you've not heard of and try something new. Extra bonus, the back half of the store has tables for games you and your friends can play. Ranging from home games for you and your group to hosted tournaments for various games like 40k and TCG titles. They even provide snacks and drinks for you and your party for when you're playing long form games. This place I highly recommend for and TTRPG and TCG players, or people who are interested in getting into the hobby.”
“So I have never been to the store, but I occasionally order online and I have to say that every time I order it is a great experience! They offer free shipping after a certain sale price, and their shipping is FASTER THAN AMAZON! My items arrive two days from my order date, without fail. And my games are carefully and safely packed, not banged up in an oversized box as is usually the case with Amazon. Keep up the great work Atomic Team!”

It's been a while since the last visit, and the store looks so much better. I realize it's a limited space, but sometimes it is difficult to maneuver the aisles. I don't know if I hit it just right, but the shelves seemed full, and the aisles were clear.
I only came across two employees working the registers. They could have been a little more focused on the guests, but having worked retail, I get it.
Overall, a good place for good items. I always check the books and was not disappointed.”
“The young man who helped us on Monday morning was amazing! My son asked him to price a bunch of different Pokémon items and he was incredibly kind to do so! He never once acted annoyed or irritated. This was so refreshing from what we often experience in retail. He also shared with us the coupons that were on our account (without my asking!) And he gave my son a promo card. He was such a wonderful professional that I would drive back to Durham just to go to this Game Stop and give him the business. I want the owners to know they found a jewel in this employee!! “Elli and Alfonso kindly greeted me and my 3 children when we opened the door. There greeting was inviting and set the tone for the rest of our visit. We were then asked by Elli if she could help us. I Asked for help with 3 games and she quickly looked then up and told me the prices. I felt invited to ask her help choosing and she was very informative and helpful. When checking out Alfonso was very patient and helpful with me as I rangled my 3-year-old and 6. This level of hostility provided makes it easier to spend money and clearly set a course for me to come back. Thank you!I have not been in a video game shop since adolescence, as me and my kids are gaining interest in video games and pokeman cards, this really was a magical experience. I hope to have some fun time playing these games and visiting the store.”
