“Mostly positive experience. Friendly folks. Easy in and out. Only negative was the interior of the truck was dirty. It was my first time so I got some stuff dirty because I didn't use a cover underneath. Much better than Uhaul trucks overall.”

Came pretty late in the day pretty much right at closing time for the place to rent a storage unit, but this guy didn't seem mad or anything about someone coming in at the very last minute. He was willing to help me out and showed me some units that would work best for me. The dude never once tried to rush and get me out of there as quick as possible, he took his time to explain everything and I liked that. Overall, great place and great manager.”
“Move-in was easy, and the app has convenient features that made managing my storage unit simple. But what really stood out was my move-out experience. I had a complicated move-out process, and Dacian was amazing. He helped me through every step and made the process as smooth as possible. His kindness and patience really made me feel taken care of. The facility is extra clean, extra secure, and extra friendly. I would not choose anywhere else for storage!”

“I think the staff at this location are a solid 5. Really helpful and very friendly. I give the facility a 4 because communication has been a little challenging with drop offs and some important details that should have been easily accessible in their computer were not followed through on. What you relay to one staff member mat not make it to the next person who comes on their shift creating a little confusion. That's my only criticism. I recommend this place.”

“We have been renting this storage for almost a year now. The prices are great, and the customer staff are friendly and will help you right away when you have a problem. The gates have automatic and safe locks. It is a great place to store your items for a good price. You can also store cars and trucks with them.”

“I can't think of a thing these guys could have done better. They hooked the trailer up, and when I returned it they disconnected it. There was a storm coming and I was concerned about getting the trailer returned, and they were super flexible with the return time. Checkout was quick, and dropoff was even quicker. If I need a U Haul in Cary again, I'll go straight to these guys.”

“For not being climate controlled, I was very pleased with the condition of items stored there on Holly Springs Rd and Ten-Ten Rd. The staff was very accessible and happy to please. They have a good and safe way to access their units and uniquely paved spaces between the buildings to keep out water and drain properly when the water comes down in torrents or normally. Nothing got wet or harmed in anyway. Thank you, Dutchman Creek Storage for taking good care of my belongings. Judy Davenport”
“Not sure if they read my initial review or if someone there realized they messed up and needed to do the right thing, but Brandy provided appropriate compensation for my trouble. She ordered the hitch and accessories for my SUV and schedule my appointment. Everything was installed yesterday. I have not used the hitch yet and not sure when I will so I hope it was done correctly. I have no reason to suspect it wasn't . All of this could have been avoided with a little communication. Thank you”

“I love that this location has everything. They have food in the store, a taco truck outside, gas (which can fill the trucks as you pull back in so you don’t have to search for it, as well as is the cheapest gas around), and moving trucks. The food and service are the best. So sad I’m moving from here! I would come here at least once or twice a week for the tacos alone”
