“I had to bring my dad and son here today to get suits for a wedding we have coming up. The employees were so nice and helpful I was unsure of the sizes for both of them and they came up to us to ensure we found what we needed. I wished I remember their exact names. One was by the dressing room area in like a red, black, white plaid and seen me struggling to find my son size and approached to help and was great assistance.Another young man was dressed so nice in light blue vest and matching pants and colorful back of vest towards the shirts area he asked me if I been helped and seemed so willing to help us but we had found what we needed.Front checkout was a little slow due to needing to give information but we will back. Thanks again to the awesome floor workers.Y’all can have me and my families money anytime !! I hope these workers are paid well… I see the problem effort they put in!”

“Mateo and Matthew are above exceptional sales men! I have a extremely difficult time finding my current size of 28 waist 34 inch inseam and these two spectacular gentlemen went above and beyond to assist me in finding my size. I found one pair in store but desired to take advantage of the buy one get one 50% off sale and when I could not find a second pair in this Charlotte store they went in their stores system and found my second mid blue denim pair in Virginia! And had it shipped to my house!!!! I love the 311 shaping jeans. They are my "go to"! I have at least 5 pairs ranging in sizes 33 waist to 29 waist all 34 incge inseam because even when I'm pregnant I wear my levis! Now that I have lost weight I need a smaller waist and thanks to these two Super considerate gentlemen I will now have my size!!!! As a tall women of 5' 11" having the right inseam matters more than anyone could ever understand!!!! Again. THANK YOU Mateo and Matthew for everything! Be blessed! I mean I couldnt even find these jeans online or in Atlanta Macy's. My husband has been looking for months, and you two pulled it off in less than 30 minutes. I am beyond ecstatic and will be shopping at this store again!!!!!!”
“Not a lot of jewelry but we did find several pair of earrings and a necklace. Not a lot of plus sizes, and the arrangement by color means it takes longer to shop. There were lots of Ann Taylor Loft and Talbots items and I did pick up a few shirts and dresses. The most expensive item was $15.95.”

“This store was absolutely packed for the Black Friday sales, but let me tell you.. I had incredibly busy associates graciously assist me when I asked. First, I appreciate Latrice for making herself available to me. I haven't worked in clothing retail so I don't know the rules, but she would pause to give me her time to help me find what I needed! She compared what I was looking for on the app to what was in store - led me to it and even answered my subjective questions! Next, the fitting room staff was nice and kept that line moving and rooms were being cleaned in a timely manner and clothes being returned so guests could find them while shopping! Then, Quentin was my cashier and he was patient and friendly with me as I compared my online cart to store cart - so much going on with me in there. I could have gotten overwhelmed & at times I felt in the way, but they kept their smiles and led me through. Finally, shoutout to Manda for making my checkout experience and exit from the store all smiles as well! You all made my only trip out this day well worth it. Whooo hooo for 50% off day!!!”
“My daughter and I went into the store and were immediately greeted with the voice of Philip!! He has IMPECCABLE customer service skills! He didn’t bombard us with tons of questions, or hassle us at all! He told us the sales that were going on, and then said if we needed anything just let him know. As we walked around for a bit Philip brought over 2 perfume strips in 2 different scents one for me and my daughter was on the other side of the store! He did it at just the right time…. Very impressive!!”
“I was getting married in less than a month and the shirt I bought didn't fit. It's not because I was sized wrong, I actually had lost a lot of weight. There was no problem with exchanging the shirt and I was even given a lot of advice on what tailor I should go to in order to tailor my suit. I believe the gentleman who was my point of contact was named Aiden.I only shop at Brooks Brothers for 1) the clothing quality is unmatched, and 2) the service is always -- ALWAYS -- top notch. I am extremely thankful for this outlet and look forward to continue shopping with Brooks Brothers.”

I was not greated or approached or offered help. This is not the norm, I know because I worked for this company for a long time. “A very good place for clothing. The choice of clothing is quite good, and the price is very good. It is not that expensive, and many items are on discounted price. Most of the discounts are only available for in store purchases and not for online purchases, so sometimes you may find a good clothing but your size may not be available. But overall, the availability of the clothings are very good.Place is very clean, and the staff is friendly.”
“This is my favorite store to get my tee-shirts from. They use to be a little pricy when she was in the mall the first time but I still enjoyed coming in and buying my favorite tees. The owner and everyone else that’s worked for this place is always really nice and helpful every time I go in there so to me it’s always been worth the price. Now that she’s changed to a few different locations her prices has went down and she’s got more to choose from. I just bought $75 worth of shirts and got my shipment today when I ordered them last week and I couldn’t be more satisfied. She makes sure her customers are token care of and she ships your products fast !!!”
“It's been extremely rare that I go mall shopping and a store employee goes out of their way to be kind. Actually, I didn't get this man's name, but it must be his nature to be so kind and outgoing. My son clearly had the longest day and was just done with the day, but an employee told him to sit down on their couch and came back with stickers for him. I noticed this was the way he interacted with everyone he came in contact with. Another employee went above and beyond to find a pair of pants for my son, too. As we walked out of the store, we talked about how great our would be if every store had employees like these guys.”
“I’m not one to write reviews but Lauren was the absolute best from top to bottom. I ordered the wrong fit online and took them to the outlet store and had a great experience. Lauren was at the door when I walked in took my items while I looked for a replacement and when I didn’t find the size I needed she went above and beyond to get what I wanted ordered all while having a line and helping other associates. She kept her composure and was super cool! Thank you, Lauren! You rock!”
