“Had defective battery under warranty and the place that installed kept scarce records.
Bobby went full on detective calling the parts place where it was purchased and the original garage. Bobby kept me informed every step of the way on what was determined. Very pleased with the service I received at this NTB. Highly recommend. They have a very comfortable and cool waiting room as well.”
“Took my truck in for tire rotation. Ended up getting whole front brake job done, and a tire fixed and one replaced. Took my truck in for tire rotation and had to get whole front end brake job done and a new tire and a tire repaired. I told Eric that I would have to miss work the next day if he couldn’t get my truck done that day . He told me up front that it would be tough, but he would do his best to make it happen. Long story short, Eric and his team got the job done and I picked up my truck at 6:45 pm that evening. Job well done by Eric and the guys. I appreciate the effort they exhibited by getting the job done that afternoon.Thank you Firestone, you have an excellent crew there at the Edinburgh Commons Store!”
“The Tire Choice on Carmichael Way in Chesapeake ALWAYS does a superb job for me! JB knows his “stuff” and always explains everything to me clearly.
The front desk staff is MOST helpful and knowledgeable as well. I have recommended the business to all of my friends and family.”
