“Honestly, 10/10 experience! He contacted me back immediately. I had to get some rim damage repaired (I was just irritated about it more than anything because this is a new car). He told me he could get it done. The time frame (to be expected) was a few days, but he had it done the next day! This is obviously a case by case situation and he is going to quote you a higher ended time to be on the safe side because things happen. However, getting my car back the next day was awesome! Literally looks like a brand new rim. And, in my opinion, affordable price and definitely worth it. I expected WAY more and was shocked with the quote I got. “This shop was the closest auto shop to me when late afternoon my car started making a horrendous extremely audible screeching sound. I stopped in and knew they closed in an hour and I didn’t have an appointment, so I wasn’t hoping for much.
Within 10 minutes a service technician brought me my keys and said a small pebble was lodged in the wheel well of my car scraping against metal when the car was in motion. The most shocking part of it all; they refused to even charge me for the visit.”

Heather was incredibly friendly, professional, and transparent about the wait since they were down to one mechanic. She offered to rebook me for 3 PM so I wouldn’t have to wait several hours with the kids.
When we came back, they got us right in as promised! Heather and the mechanic were both courteous and knowledgeable, the price was very reasonable, and they had coloring books to keep the kids entertained. We were fixed up and on our way quickly. Great customer service!”

“Took my truck in for tire rotation. Ended up getting whole front brake job done, and a tire fixed and one replaced. Took my truck in for tire rotation and had to get whole front end brake job done and a new tire and a tire repaired. I told Eric that I would have to miss work the next day if he couldn’t get my truck done that day . He told me up front that it would be tough, but he would do his best to make it happen. Long story short, Eric and his team got the job done and I picked up my truck at 6:45 pm that evening. Job well done by Eric and the guys. “I want to thank the people who were working yesterday morning at the Chesapeake Express RnR tire shop who made a very bad day a great bit better for me.
I was heading to a doctors appointment when an object from the truck in front of me came flying in my cars path. Before I knew what was happening my tire pressure was dropping 10-9-8…. all the way down to zero.
somehow I was able to get to the side of the Chesapeake Expressway without an incident. My hands were still shaking even after the 1 hour wait for triple AAA.
once the spare was on I hobbled off the expressway onto 64 and off at the first exit Battlefield Blvd. I was pulling into the first parking lot to recover when I noticed I was at the RnR tire shop. The wonderful staff went immediately to work getting me the appropriate tire and even provided water and cough drops for my comfort while I waited.
They were wonderful caring and made an awful day a little bit more tolerable. Thank you again for your kindness.
