“I took my beloved 2017 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and state inspection. This is one of the very few Star Wars Nissans that came out in the support of the 2017 Star Wars movie Rogue One. These professional folks took care of my car in February of this year and they were WONDERFUL! The same goes for the service I received today. They were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They let me know what was probably going to be needed soon but did not try to strong arm me into having it done right now. Wonderful people, wonderful service and reasonable prices.”
“I came in later in the day needing a tire patch, Nathan was very professional and friendly, helping me check in. Issac who checked me out was also very pleasant and helpful. I decided to stay and wait since it would take them until after closing time to finish my patch, and I noticed every single employee was fantastic, all of them treating each customer with the same politeness and charm as myself. “Not gonna lie at first i was annoyed I failed for head lights. They have some clouding around the edge but work fine. They didnt explain over the phone why so I said reject it I will come get it and fix it. After reading paperwork both top outside headlight assembly mounts are cracked/ broken, legit issue. Someone must have backed into me. That's the only thing I can think of. So they did a thorough inspection and I was wrong. Parts are in bound and I will swing by for stick. This isnt a stop and go inspection shop, and I wasnt looking for one either. Thanks for being thorough. I will be back and recommend you

I worried he is getting burned out because he needs a good assistant to help him out. I can relate to how this is as it happened to me not having a strong assistant manager as I was the GM working crazy long hours on salary no day off. I eventually left feeling burned out. “I’ve lived in the area for 8 years now and wish this would have been the first shop I ever tried. David was absolutely amazing. I’m by no means a “car guy” and every last question I had was answered perfectly. He took the time to explain everything I was curious about the issues my vehicle had. “June 21, 2026 update:
Amazing experience again! Had to be towed in because of my distributor being loose and fuel pump, not fuel pumping! Kevin had me checked in very quickly and considering that it was a Saturday morning, and I was stuck on the side of the road when I first contacted them, I was extremely grateful! I have a classic Corvette and the parts are sometimes hard to find, but they got everything in, installed, checked, really went above and beyond getting it all perfect and now she runs better than she ever has! I know that Kevin and the guys there put a lot of time and Care into getting it right.Again, I am super grateful that I found this garage and this team!

What a great shop! I can’t say enough good things about Antonio, the mechanic Who worked on my Corvette. It is a 1976 stingray and, my baby! He treated it just like she was his, kept me informed throughout the process, and had my repairs done thoroughly and quickly. If you are a car guy, you will understand How important it is to find a good mechanic, somebody that you can trust and you know has your best interest in mind,, Antonio is the guy. The rest of the staff was also great, from check-in to estimate, to check out very polite and professional group of individuals, I will be bringing my cars here over and over again!”
“Went for new rims on my daughter’s 4Runner. The first set had an issue (manufacturer issue) called Dean and he got her right in and went above and beyond to fix the issue get new rims and have it all set for her to leave on time to report for her new duty station. Can’t recommend them enough

“Our weekend in Virginia Beach took a turn when our tire popped on Sunday. With almost every shop closed, Firestone was one of the few places open and thank goodness Chad Freeman was there. His patience is truly unmatched. My partner was stressed and got a little short with him, but Chad never wavered. He stayed calm, kind, and professional.
We had to order the tire, and it arrived Monday just like he said it would. When it came time to replace it, Chad was the one who actually knew how to do it; no hesitation, no confusion, just skill and confidence. He turned what could’ve been a stressful mess into a smooth, easy fix. We’re genuinely grateful for him.

“It's hard finding an honest auto shop, and I went here on the strength of their reviews for a state inspection. I've worked on cars for over a decade and was impressed they did not try to upsell services on myself or the other customers that were there. I watched them thoroughly explain their recommendations without pushing unnecessary ones. The actual inspection took longer than expected, so be prepared to leave your vehicle there, but I will definitely be returning in the future.”
