“Japanese Auto Masters was recommended by a friend. I needed my tranny fluid flushed and changed, but knew it required a specific type. David assured me that what they use is compatible with Toyota's WS ATF. I was concerned as my experience with auto shops is not the best. But, given my friends satisfaction with their service, I requested the tranny fluid and brake fluid be flushed and changed and the front and rear differential fluid and transfer fluid be changed. They did a superb job. No issues at all with the truck and the price was very fair. They also called me to say that I needed to replace my wiper blades and cabin filter. I have them the go-ahead. I really like these folks! Friendly, courteous, trustworthy, and fair! I couldn't ask for more! I enthusiastically recommend Japanese Auto Masters for any service needs. You won't be disappointed.

“My car broke down at the 7-Eleven right next door. One of their mechanics, free of charge, walked over and checked out my car. I thought my battery had died. He quickly discovered my battery was fine. The problem was the safety switch on my clutch. This happened on a Friday. Monday afternoon, my car was fixed and back in my driveway. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the young mechanic. I was impressed with their expedient family isolation and repair.”

Ms. Pat and her husband started this business in 1978. Everyone there is kind and helpful! Last month, they fixed my car- the Auto Zone had told me I needed a new starter. I called around checking prices, and they quoted me the best price ($100 less than others). It turned out to be just a new battery.
Bernie took great care of me. I came back here for my inspection. I needed new brakes and rotors and new tires. They were awesome! Got the brakes and rotors done, took the car to Discount Tire for the tires, and came back this morning to clear my inspection.
This is a family-owned, quality, trustworthy place and I'm thankful I found them! Be sure to check them out the next time you need help with your car.”

“Our weekend in Virginia Beach took a turn when our tire popped on Sunday. With almost every shop closed, Firestone was one of the few places open and thank goodness Chad Freeman was there. His patience is truly unmatched. My partner was stressed and got a little short with him, but Chad never wavered. He stayed calm, kind, and professional.
We had to order the tire, and it arrived Monday just like he said it would. “June 21, 2026 update:
Amazing experience again! Had to be towed in because of my distributor being loose and fuel pump, not fuel pumping! Kevin had me checked in very quickly and considering that it was a Saturday morning, and I was stuck on the side of the road when I first contacted them, I was extremely grateful! I have a classic Corvette and the parts are sometimes hard to find, but they got everything in, installed, checked, really went above and beyond getting it all perfect and now she runs better than she ever has! I know that Kevin and the guys there put a lot of time and Care into getting it right.Again, I am super grateful that I found this garage and this team!

What a great shop! I can’t say enough good things about Antonio, the mechanic Who worked on my Corvette. It is a 1976 stingray and, my baby! He treated it just like she was his, kept me informed throughout the process, and had my repairs done thoroughly and quickly. If you are a car guy, you will understand How important it is to find a good mechanic, somebody that you can trust and you know has your best interest in mind,, Antonio is the guy. The rest of the staff was also great, from check-in to estimate, to check out very polite and professional group of individuals, I will be bringing my cars here over and over again!”

“Abraham quoted me $149 a tire which is the reason i went to R&R. I was also told my appointment would be from 4-5pm
I received my quote and they charged me $298 a tire AND my appointment was actually 4-6pm and i ended up waiting there for over 2 hours. I should've just gotten my wheels done at the dealership since they were the same price.
Update: The manager made things right. He called me and apologized for the discrepancy and refunded me the difference. Im pleased to say that with the level of transparency with this company I will get tires through them again.”
