Just had a prescription called in, called to make sure they had the medication and to give them my insurance info. Tech that answered the phone was so pleasant and so helpful and they filled the prescription right away!

They're ALWAYS friendly and helpful. It can be difficult to reach them on the phone but that's because they're very attentive to customers I suppose when we're there.

Trying to get needed prescription quickly to move mother to assisted living. Called ahead and they said they would have it ready by 12:30 and they had ran the insurance already. Get there and they don't have it in stock. They also would not check other Walmart stores to see where it was available.
