“Geoff was sooo helpful in loading (into a lifted diesel van!) up the washer we drove 3 hours to get ( wake forest Lowe’s made us miss out on an easy order bc of the incompetence of the pro desk, and then separately, the appliance section who was convinced the sales price only works if we can get the washer and dryer at the same store) we drove to apex yesterday and kitty hawk today to get the last washer (of this code) in the state!This store has been great!! So grateful for the excuse to drive to the beach and to get good service from this Lowe’s store!”

“I was staying in Cape Hatteras for vacation when I accidentally broke a bath vanity. After dealing with the property management, I contacted the plumbing department and spoke to Keith and explained the situation. He went out of his way to accommodate me to purchase an item that was showing out of stock on the Lowe's website. After another phone call was made, I was able to have the item placed on hold for me, which is not normally done. I arrived at the store the following day and with help from Jim, I was able to retrieve the product and make the purchase. Many thanks go out to both gentlemen for their outstanding service and patience with my issue.”
