Bearfoot landing is a great place to live. Maintenance and management are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you have an issue, they will do their best to resolve it. The grounds are clean and well maintained and the tenants are respectful and seem to follow suit. Overall, a nice, peaceful landing spot.

Matt (and Tony) have been great since I applied for my apartment. No question has gone unanswered and they have always made me feel like I am not a bother. the Apartments are beautiful and in a perfect location.
