“Amazing customer service. I went to two banks this morning. The first I waited in silence for my turn, spoke with the teller briefly, and left. I expected to do the same at the second (this one). Instead, I was greeted with a smile and offered water while I waited for my turn.
They greeted their regulars by name, talked to them like friends, and even walked an elderly customer to her car. Every person in the bank seemed genuinely happy to be there, and created a welcoming environment evident from the moment I walked in.
I don't know if this is just a product of the type of people working at this branch, or if this is an intentional move by management, but I was sincerely impressed either way!”
