“I stopped by HomeGoods in New Bern on Thursday just to browse for bedroom lamps, and I ended up having one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time.
I met a wonderful, helpful, and funny employee named Shy who assisted me throughout the furniture department. He went above and beyond by moving furniture so I could see pieces that were buried behind other items and helped me look through rugs, which can be very heavy and difficult to move.
Because of his excellent customer service, I ended up purchasing a rug and several other items. Shy quickly wrapped up my purchases and had everything ready at the front of the store. Before I even reached the register, he was already there waiting to help. He also kindly helped load everything into my car without me even having to ask.
It was so refreshing to encounter an employee who was genuinely helpful, hardworking, and always smiling. Shy made my shopping trip enjoyable and stress-free. HomeGoods is fortunate to have such an outstanding employee, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves! Great store always stocked and clean!”

I did some reading on the internet and found that it withstands weathering like teak. Honest, this is truly one of the best outdoor furniture made. I know you will also love it!”

“I have been to the target store in new Bern North Carolina about seven times this week considering there was always something on sale that I would miss one day and I’ll go back and there would be new things on sale and available. The store always always always is on point when it comes to marking things and making things visibly known, and everyone in the store was eager to make sure that I found everything that I needed. There was no issues if there wasn’t a price someone would gladly help me find the price of an item and then, even after something wasn’t found on the floor they always made sure to go to the back to see if there was something in the back of the store, so the newborn target kudos great job keep up the good work!”
