“My family and I have stay at this hotel several times and is always our first choice of where we want to stay in the surrounding area. We will even stay at this location even if our destination is 1.5 hrs away. The hotel is ALWAYS clean and welcoming. The hotel staff is AWESOME and has become part of our family. Highly recommended and the best around.Rooms: Welcoming and very clean. Bed are great as well and I love having a kitchenette.Safety: Hotel and surrounding areas are very safe.”

“Last minute booking on agoda and got about $30+ in promo codes. Front Desk and breakfast lady was super friendly. Free breakfast exceeded expectations. Our room specifically looked renovated and was very clean. Did not have odor. Blankets were soft and ample. Could use more light (like ceiling or floor lamp).Nearby activities: Nothing in walkable distance unless you include outback steakhouse. Downtown New bern is 1-2 miles away and need to cross over thru a long bridge with hardly any lighting. Though it was like a 4 min drive. (8 min walk per google).”
“Justin's front desk service was impeccable. Associate, was friendly and helpful and left a great impression. Hotel veiw and cleanliness were great. Our room could have used some minor maintenance but was clean and comfortable.Rooms: Rooms were spacious and comfortable some minor maintenance issues with glass door seals and ac through the wall seals . Our door did leak in high winds and the floor got wet, but this is common in this area”
