There were no surprises. The store itself is immaculate. They do more than rent trucks and rent vans, they are also a storage facility that is temperature controlled. So if you need a place for your valued items don't let them get ruined in a standard storage unit. This unit is secure which is an added plus.”

“We needed a temporary storage solution during our move. This business was fantastic to deal with - especially Ellie - who got us checked in and helped us with some truck and equipment rentals as well.
The storage area is SPOTLESS. It's dust free and the concrete floors shine like glass. There are always plenty of heavy duty carts available to move stuff around. The loading bay is super convenient too.
The climate controlled spaces are just that - even in mid Summer it's comfortable inside and same with cold winter days. We felt the storage rates were very competitive as well.
If you need self storage in the New Bern area you cannot do better than this place.”
