“We came to New Bern from out of town yesterday and our truck's engine light started flashing when we got close to the town. We came to Black's Auto Service first thing in the morning. The manager Talyn squeezed us in their busy schedule. He and his service technician Matt stayed till 4pm to finish our repairs, three hours after their normal closing time. Talyn also gave us a very reasonable price when he could easily took advantage of the situation. We cannot thank him enough for his professionalism, integrity, and kindness. We wouldn't know what we would have done without them.”

“From the time I parked my car until I left, the staff and Managers Eddie & Summer were professional, personable, kept me informed, showed me filters that needed to be replaced. They didn't have the filters but went to the parts store and purchased them right away. It was a pleasant experience.”
“I rarely ever give reviews, but I had to today. This is absolutely the best car wash I have ever in my life used! The attendants were very polite and very good at their jobs!! Attention to detail…”
