This is a second review and I give Donovan and Aaron high marks for persistence in fixing our front loading washer. There were several problems but the worst one was hidden on the underside. Amazing service! I emailed and got information so my 91 year old mother would not have to waste a trip. The salesperson showed her several options and answered all her questions.
The day they delivered they texted updates about their arrival! Ricardo and his assistant were great!
