“I live halfway between this location and the one at 819 Wendover. I'm definitely sticking to this location from now on! The staff here is much friendlier and professional and the office itself is cleaner and more updated. I have an online business and am always anxious about how packages are handled at the post office because that's part of the customer's experience, so my mind is at ease now. Kelly is so wonderful here.
*NOTE ON PARKING: you can park anywhere that says 1233 The Plaza. I haven't had an issue so far, but there is also street parking. It just looks confusing because it's used as an after hours parking lot for surrounding businesses, and that's when it becomes paid parking. If you're here during the day to use the post office though, you're good!”

“I don’t visit the Post Office often, but every time I do, Isaac stands out. From the moment he calls “next,” he’s consistently helpful, patient, and genuinely pleasant—no small feat when you’re on your feet all day dealing with all kinds of personalities.
I recently needed to return a certificate to the American Legion in Raleigh and was struggling to ship it in its original packaging without damaging it. Isaac stepped in, figured it out, and made it happen. Problem solved, stress gone.

“Update: We got it, I’m not sure what went on but we got it 4 days later than when it was “Delivered”.
This isn’t a review about the service by the Helpful and really nice lady who man’s the front of this post office. I’m leaving a 1 Star because I ordered something for my wife through USPS and it said “Delivered” but it wasn’t. I put in a request “Missing Mail” request, which takes forever to get to and they sent an automated message saying “It’s already delivered”. Well, obviously it’s not and I wouldn’t leave this review if it had been. I spent over $100 for these shoes for my wife, and I haven’t gotten them nor compensation from USPS.”

“The staff is amazing. What I don't like is that they lock the doors so you can't access the self-service areas. Having to wait until 9 am on Saturday and not having access at all on Sunday is not customer friendly. Other locations leave the doors unlocked so you can mail packages, buy stamps, and check PO boxes at almost any time.”
“This is my favorite post office in Charlotte because there's always free parking spaces and despite there only being 1-2 workers available to assist, I am always in and out. I'm never met with a poor attitude here!”

“I had an outstanding experience at this place. When I entered, there was no staff available at the window for service. Initially, I didn't notice the bell, but a kind gentleman helped me locate it and ring it. Then, Mr. Nicholas Bullock assisted me with my mail, which included two return shipments. He displayed exceptional patience, attentiveness, and guided me on how to track my forwarded and returned mails. Unfortunately, I forgot my physical cards today, and despite attempting to pay with Apple Pay more than three times, we encountered difficulties. However, Mr. Bullock diligently worked to find alternative payment solutions. Fortunately, another gentleman Mr. Makwana overheard my predicament and graciously offered to pay with his card, allowing me to transfer the amount to him using my phone. Their assistance truly made my day.”

“I would like to give a review and appreciation for Tyler P, JAE, Jordan and DENEE. I am in a new apartment community and since I've been here, I've been having issues with getting my mail and Amazon packages. For some strange reason Amazon is using USPS to deliver packages over here. The problem is I'm not getting the packages because of the address, not being in your system or something like that. It's been very frustrating and I pay a lot of money for rent so I should be able to have all the services I'm supposed to have. But during the process today I came in to get a 45 pound package. First of all I have no business trying to lift or carry a package that big. Thankfully when I came in there Jordan helped track the package down because it was unclear where it was left in the facility. She was able to find it and Tyler P just so happened to be there and helped load the package in my vehicle. I also want to think JAE because she's the one that asked Jordan to help because she had a line of people. And I want to thank DENEE because she is the one working with my apartment managers to resolve the Mail issues. No one should ever have to worry about Mail or packages these days. But I understand things happen but I hope they get it together cause this is unacceptable. The other recommendation is this area area code 28262, there needs to be another post office. Your post office is too busy and has to help way too many people. All the taxes and money generated in North Carolina, there's no excuse why we should be lacking in services. Also, if you're having problems keeping employees you may want to consider learning how to treat employees and or increasing the pay. Times are hard out here and people just are not willing to work like Hebrew slaves. I just hope things get better cause this world is in chaos right now but if we started in our communities, we can make a difference so I wish you all the best and I appreciate Tyler P, Jordan, JAE, and DENEE for being such great employees and doing the best they can. Treat them well and give them a bonus especially Tyler P because I know he works hard. I have seen him out here on his routes and he is very helpful. So treat him Well.”

“It's the post office, so some expectations should be managed in what to expect. But that said, I've been in here a half dozen times over the last few weeks and the two ladies who work there are a delight. Really like going here, if I have to go to a post office.”
“I went in for help to find where my package went. Turns out it isn’t at this location, but the lady inside was very helpful. She was working very hard and was doing it all alone. She was the best! I didn’t get her name, but she had really pretty flowers tattooed on her arm.”

“The post man here is very nice & seems to be the only employee up front at least. Wednesday they do close early but there is a post office 5 minutes away heading to Harisburg.
Highly recommend as there is almost never a line more than 1 person. Good amount of Christmas packaging for sale & a PO box outside(cant fit anything too big) Almost don't want to leave a good review so my quiet neighborhood post office doesn't get busy ?”
