“I had excellent service here. Post that says "place is sketchy" makes me think that person isn't comfortable around working-class people! There is a 7-Eleven next door, but that establishment mainly had folks getting gas. Post officer greeted me when I walked in and was upfront about what stamps were available. She even helped me decide on stamps given that the ones I wanted, Edmonia Lewis, had sold out twice already. Also it is easy to access the parking lot from either side of the street. Did I mention that there was no lines?”

“I had an outstanding experience at this place. When I entered, there was no staff available at the window for service. Initially, I didn't notice the bell, but a kind gentleman helped me locate it and ring it. Then, Mr. Nicholas Bullock assisted me with my mail, which included two return shipments. He displayed exceptional patience, attentiveness, and guided me on how to track my forwarded and returned mails. Unfortunately, I forgot my physical cards today, and despite attempting to pay with Apple Pay more than three times, we encountered difficulties. However, Mr. Bullock diligently worked to find alternative payment solutions. Fortunately, another gentleman Mr. Makwana overheard my predicament and graciously offered to pay with his card, allowing me to transfer the amount to him using my phone. Their assistance truly made my day.”

Thank you!They were listed as “open” online, but when I arrived, there was a small note written in pen that they are closed daily from 12-1 for lunch. I was in the parking lot for only 5 minutes and saw 4 other people walk in and immediately walk out. Please list this on your website if these are your hours.”

“I usually drop off packages at self service or at the counter, but I needed to mail a passport application. Something caught in my throat, & I started coughing. I believe her name was Lauren, the USPS worker who was helping me with expedited shipping. She calmly handed me a bottle of water from a 6 pack at her desk, let me catch my breath & went back to helping me. She was very sweet to my daughter as well. Great service, with a smile & no judgment for coughing (coming out of the past 3yrs when you'd feel like a leper if you coughed in public).”

“I dont know why this postal office has such bad reviews. I went there this week and there was 30 people lined up past the door. I thought "oh my god I'm gonna be here for an hour". Even with that I was still in and out in 20 to 30 minutes. The front desk staff was extremely patient and helpful with me in particular. They helped me to fill out everything properly while keeping the line moving. The service was truly extraordinary especially during the insanely busy holidays.”

“I use this USPS location fairly frequently and the two gentlemen I often see working are great! Can you please, however, post your lunch hour on Google Maps? It was raining today and I tried calling to confirm someone would be there (the number listed is a corporate number of course, so I wasn't able to reach anyone) and when I arrived sure enough - lunch break :( PLEASE add those to your Google Maps to properly reflect your operating hours.”

“Running an online business, drop off is a breeze with them. There has been a few times where a customers package was marked delivered and it wasn’t there. You can ask the post master for GPS coordinates on exactly where it’s delivered. If it was misdelivered they’re obligated to retrieve it and redeliver.”

“I know they get a lot of negative reviews, so wanted to post my positive experience. After being treated extremely rudely at UPS, I took my large envelope here instead. They charged me $1.74 instead of $6.99 that UPS wanted to charge, and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. The employees were wearing nametags, unlike UPS. Dave was the one who helped me and he was friendly and efficient.”

“Not sure if things have changed, I recently came here for a simple change of address and worked with a Ms. Laurie on Thursday at about 9:10am and she was great!!! She apologized for the wait, smiled and asked how I am doing. She showed great customer service kindness and professionalism. “I'm a regular here. They offer standard post office services and are open on Saturday. The line can get long at times throughout the day, but the folks behind the counter are always prompt, helpful, and sincere in their interactions with people. I've not had a negative experience involving any of the postal workers in my 3+ years coming here. They have a self service option that is almost always open even when the line makes its way towards the entrance. They even took time to show me how to use it so that I could avoid the lines when possible. Recommended for postal services.”
