“I broke down across the street and walked over to see if they had a mechanic working. They didn't but Barbara gave me another person's number who said I could come by. I did and was I back on the road an hour later and nobody even wanted any money. Thanks Barbara!”

“I stopped at this store on Sunday July 23rd, (2023) & I wish I would have gotten the wonderful Ladies name who was working at this BP. convenient store, so I could personally thank her again for going above and beyond her job and costumer service. After spending over 2 + hours on the road , My son & I stopped at the BP store to get gas & drinks .... & take a break from the road since I was stressed due to the fact of my car driving rough and shaking as my front tire had a broken band on the inside of front tire. . Unfortunately , I wasn't able to do anything about it then or replace tire as there was no tire:stores or auto shops open anywhere nearby. And briefly having a conversation with the cashier . I was worried we wouldnt make it home safe & we still had a 45 minute drive to get home. (No spare tire either ) The sweet lady working, took her time to come outside and examine bad tire & spoke to me and told me she felt we would make it home safely,.... I know it doesn't seem like much but...... This helped my anxiety and made me feel alot less up scared / stressed to get back on the road again. If this lady's able to read this post,..... I truly thank you for your kindness and encouragement . ?? My son and I made it home safely, and I was able to buy and replace tire Monday. ?”

“I called Wednesday to ask if they could fill our tank ahead of this snow and ice storm. Today is Friday and they just topped us off. That is great service!
