“I purchased a beautiful chesterfield style leather sofa through Horchow/Neiman Marcus. After about six years the front wooden frame rail that supports the seating area started to sag. The sofa was very well cared for and never abused. Horchow said that they didn't offer any warranty and directed me to contact Old Hickory Tannery directly. After some emails explaining the situation, Old Hickory Tannery agreed to have the sofa shipped back to their factory to inspect the damage. They offered to rebuild the sofa at no cost! We now have the sofa back and it's absolutely in perfect brand new condition. I don't know of any other company that would have done this on a six plus year old sofa. They obviously care about making very high quality beautiful furniture and value customer satisfaction. My next piece of furniture will be from Old Hickory Tannery.”
“Recently ordered a corner sectional sofa for new home at Cez-Del, in Akron, Ohio. Initially back cushions were not firm enough. Precedent remade the cushions to our specific requests and are exactly as we wanted. Customer service was great!! They were not happy until we were. Would purchase this brand again!”

“I have to say that the previous reviewers had perhaps unrealistic expectations. When you talk about leather furniture then you have to realized that the leather comes from cows of which no two are alike. Did it occur to you that the leathers had to be meatched and that can sometimes take time? The same goes for the other two. Did you actually see the frame and sit in it with the cusion you wanted? Or did you just order online from a discounter and had it shipped cross country assuming you could tell all of this from a photo? I love Lee furniture because it is still bench made. They use 8 way handtied construction, they have an awesome selection of frames, Can't beat the comfort or the range of sizes they offer. You get what you pay for people and when you buy from a discounter you get exactly that! I have 4 pieces of Lee furntiure in my home and now am helping my daughter buy her first pieces of Lee next month.”
“This place is set up like a fast food restaurant. If you require a waitress and a table to sit at to eat you meal, you may be waiting a spell. Also the lot fells scrunchy.”
