“I encountered the rudest nastiest cashier at the north wilkesboro location I've ever seen she's dark haired looks to be in her late fifties has a very bad attitude when asked to do a price check apparently so buyers beware manager and corporate were informed of issue* edit* to my original review since they fired this employee it's actually a really nice place to shop the staff are very pleasant and helpful so I'm bumping up my stars due to the shift in atmosphere to a four star I wish I could give it five but they still need to work on putting the correct prices on items so be aware”

“I asked Belk if they would be able to donate gifts to my middle school track team for a special occasion. I was expecting some smaller giveaway gifts that they may have been sent from corporate. Belk blew my expectations away, and provided amazing gifts for my team! The management and staff here clearly care about the community they are apart of! I am so thankful for Belk!”
“I always enjoy coming to this location. Compared to the WM near my home in Durham, NC the workers are pleasant and helpful, the exact opposite of the Durham WM on Chpl Hll Blvd ( I drive to Hillsborough WM just to avoid this sorry excuse for a WM. Durham, not Wilkesboro ). This store is normally well stocked and clean! Kudos to the management and crew!”

“Friendly caring staff, store is always neat and clean, shelves fully stocked and good weekly sales. It's a lot closer to my house than other stores which is a plus especially if I'm only needing a couple things. But the only reason for the 4 star review is because it is a little bit more priceyer than competitors.”
