They were very accommodating. My cat was sick and the squeezed him in the same day. My regular vet wanted him to wait a week, that was the soonest they would give me.

Their menu includes BBQ, sandwiches, some nice appetizers, salads and much more. They have a good selection of beer, ales and wine. I had the BBQ brisket and it is some of the best I have had since moving to North Carolina. Their shrimp and grits are first class. They even have nice cutlery! Definitely enjoyed our time there.

My son and I don’t live in Wilkesboro, but this is the 2nd time in a week we have come to Dom’s for the service and food. Rebecca has helped us both times and is an ABSOLUTE gem. My son has gone on and on about her kindness. I love this place! I will be coming back every time I’m in the area!

The waitress Krista was very friendly and gave great service! Will definitely come again! We had the cod meals, onion rings, sweet potato fries, trash can nachos, side garden salad with blu cheese, grilled veggies and their pink lemonade (non alcoholic). $75 And we took home 3 containers of leftovers! Generous portions!
