“I have been using this post office for several years. They have always been very useful, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping me. The staff is awesome and are quick to help you with your mailing issues. Thank you all. I'm another satisfied customer. ?”
“Traci, Kim, and Quintin are USPS rockstars!
I had an issue where a package was marked as delivered but wasn’t in my mailbox. After opening a service request, Traci promptly called me with proof that it was scanned at my mailbox—super professional! Later, I ran into Kim (my amazing rural carrier), who hand-delivered my replacement package and even shared helpful insight about recent neighborhood issues that likely caused the original disappearance.
Quintin (a city carrier I know from the YMCA’s kickboxing class) and the whole team at Blacksburg SC USPS go above and beyond. Their friendliness, efficiency, and dedication are unmatched. So grateful to have such outstanding service in our community!”

“My husband and I bring packages to this location (dropped in the blue box) pretty much every day. Last week, we dropped one without a label by mistake. We assumed it might be discarded, but surprisingly, an individual took extra effort to ensure the package got back to us. This act was truly remarkable, and we're incredibly grateful for it. I don't remember seeing a name on the post it note but thank you so much for doing that.”
