“Had a battery replaced at the Smithfield location and afterwards lights came on and I lost power steering wheel I left. Went back and so called manager Derrick was a complete jerk and no help. So drove my car to the Selma location with no power steering for them to check it out and see that nuts were loose that Derrick said we're on good. So thank you Fernando from the Selma location for helping me and fixing the problem.”

I visited Deacon Jones Chrysler to get my Jeep inspected and serviced. I had a few items that needed attention and even though I did not have an appointment the technician was able to address my immediate needs. They kept me informed as to their progress and how much certain service items would cost. The service advisor, Shannon Little, is customer focused and provided great guidance on getting my Jeep serviced.
The visits to Deacon Jones Chrysler Dodge are always friendly and professional and keep me informed on the progress of service for my car. Very professional and friendly staff.”

“We just recently went to Advance Auto Parts because our windshield wiper broke while driving on the highway. We were stranded on the side of the road while it was raining and took a chance on Advance. We didn’t get the name of the man that helped us, but we are so so grateful for his help and his kindness. We are not from here and were well over two hours away from our destination and we are so grateful and highly recommend Advance Auto Parts. We are sad we didn’t get his name, but we were here on 7/10 around 7pm. Thank you!”
