“I took my Dynamax Isata 3 24f in for a issue with my firefly system. I thought it was going to be an issue of having to order parts and wait a long time to get it back. Tom looked at it after I left and called me within an hour and told me it was repaired by doing a hard reset. I went back and picked it up that same day. “I recently took my 2023 Santa Fe to Pinehurst Toyota-Hyundai Service. I noticed a clunking sound while turning at slow speeds. Cody Reed, service advisor, immediately set up an appointment next day at our convenience. He arranged a loaner car when the Technician needed more time to determine the problem. I already knew the cause would not be easy diagnose.
Cody kept me apprised throughout the process by phone. He is a good communicator! Told me the 4WD coupling needed to be replaced. I appreciate Greg and the team of Technicians working to find a solution. They got it done correctly. Car has been running great since then.
I would recommend Pinehurst Toyota. Very good customer relations, also they have great waiting room!”
