“Went here to replace my battery. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made sure I was getting the right battery, took the tool cart out for me and checked on me while I was changing it. Every O'Reilly I've been to has always gone above and beyond.”
“This location had the replacement key fob I needed for my car. It was available in store the same day that I ordered it online. I showed up the following morning to pick it up and got my new fob key cut and programmed relatively quickly and without issue.”
“Excellent customer service!!! They replaced my battery a couple of months ago and I found them to be efficient and most of all, kind. Just this past week the clamp on one of the battery terminals came lose and they replaced it for me (plus the 2nd one which was still holding tight ). All this was done as a courtesy. “Just my luck—it started raining right before I remembered how badly I needed new windshield wipers while traveling. Thankfully, it was only a quick detour, and I was back on the road in no time. By the grace of God, the store stayed open until nine, and my GPS showed I’d arrive about ten minutes before closing. I decided to call ahead to let them know what I needed, just in case they wanted to have it ready so they could still leave on time. At first, I hesitated, given how customer service can be hit or miss these days, but I was pleasantly surprised. The woman who answered was more than happy to help, and now I see why this place has such great reviews. I’d highly recommend them!”
“Don and the woman who helped me test my battery (didn’t catch her name) were great! Tested my battery, determined it was bad, and quickly got me a new one. Don installed my new battery free of charge and waited for me to test it, lucky he did because turns out the fresh one was faulty. We got a new-new battery and this one was in perfect shape. Great folks and friendly quick service.”

“This was my first time using Batteries Plus. I find it comical now, but I use to think as an adolescent they just sold AA and AAA batteries. Which don't get me wrong, they do. However, I placed an order online for a motorcycle battery and within an hour I received a friendly call to notify me it was ready for pick up. Service in store was friendly and efficient. 10/10 recommend.”
