“Just my luck—it started raining right before I remembered how badly I needed new windshield wipers while traveling. Thankfully, it was only a quick detour, and I was back on the road in no time. By the grace of God, the store stayed open until nine, and my GPS showed I’d arrive about ten minutes before closing. I decided to call ahead to let them know what I needed, just in case they wanted to have it ready so they could still leave on time. At first, I hesitated, given how customer service can be hit or miss these days, but I was pleasantly surprised. “This was my first time using Batteries Plus. I find it comical now, but I use to think as an adolescent they just sold AA and AAA batteries. Which don't get me wrong, they do. However, I placed an order online for a motorcycle battery and within an hour I received a friendly call to notify me it was ready for pick up. Service in store was friendly and efficient. 10/10 recommend.”
