“Don and the woman who helped me test my battery (didn’t catch her name) were great! Tested my battery, determined it was bad, and quickly got me a new one. Don installed my new battery free of charge and waited for me to test it, lucky he did because turns out the fresh one was faulty. We got a new-new battery and this one was in perfect shape. Great folks and friendly quick service.”
“Just my luck—it started raining right before I remembered how badly I needed new windshield wipers while traveling. Thankfully, it was only a quick detour, and I was back on the road in no time. By the grace of God, the store stayed open until nine, and my GPS showed I’d arrive about ten minutes before closing. I decided to call ahead to let them know what I needed, just in case they wanted to have it ready so they could still leave on time. At first, I hesitated, given how customer service can be hit or miss these days, but I was pleasantly surprised. The woman who answered was more than happy to help, and now I see why this place has such great reviews. I’d highly recommend them!”

“This was my first time using Batteries Plus. I find it comical now, but I use to think as an adolescent they just sold AA and AAA batteries. Which don't get me wrong, they do. However, I placed an order online for a motorcycle battery and within an hour I received a friendly call to notify me it was ready for pick up. Service in store was friendly and efficient. 10/10 recommend.”
