“I had a great experience shopping at Belk for a gift for my wife.
Within a couple of minutes, I was approached by a lady who worked in the store. She asked what I was looking for, and I told her I was shopping for something for my wife. She showed me several options, ranging from very reasonably priced items to some that were outside my budget. She was very helpful and never made me feel pressured.
I ended up purchasing a rather expensive bag, and I’m very happy with my choice. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the lady’s name, but she was very well dressed and had an accent. I really appreciate the time and effort she took to help me.
Thank you, Belk! From walking into the store to finding the perfect gift, the whole experience took about 20 minutes, and I was on my way. Great customer service!”
