“I really enjoy this Dollar General! I just moved in the area and I enjoy crafting and being able to pick up something quick. This dollar general is always festive, organized and cleaaaaannn. Thank the Lord. Merchandise Mike is helpful. I’ve seen him in the store assisting customers and being kind. It feels like a whole community in there which I like. People who work at stores like this that actually HELP people. I appreciate gems like this. It’s not perfect but you can feel the love. Happy with my experience”

“I had the opportunity to visit this store as a vendor over the weekend and I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall staff in the store. The shift manager Matthen, introduced himself promptly and helped me to get set up. The store was prepared for my visit unlike other retailers. Soon after, I had the opportunity to meet another manager Shahia, and she was also nice. This particular store is the true essence of a "Family Dollar". The employees seem to have great rapport with the customers and knew them by names. On my return today- I met Steve, the actual store manager and I could see immediately why this store is successful - Great leadership. I watched him engage customers professionally as well as working alongside his team to complete tasks in the store. Most of the patrons seem to shop this store frequently! If you're in the area this is definitely your go to store!”

“I went in to grab some Easter basket fillers and while I was waiting in line, the lady in front of me had two items she was purchasing. She only had $7 in cash and she was going to put the rest on her card. Her card kept declining and she was about to put the dish soap and coffee back. I offered to pay the remaining balance but the cashier insisted covering it for her. I believe her name was Endiera. I just want to remind everyone that there are still angels walking around this earth and one of them works right in our home town. Stay blessed everyone.”

“I can not remember the last time I was in a dollar tree and man do I not know why I don't come more often. Door is super cute for inexpensive holiday decoration. In Oct, they had Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Stock up for cold weather with Fuzzy socks, little black gloves that you always lose anyway.”

“Went to Dollar Tree on South Blvd where I used to live for the 1st time in awhile. It was so well organized, clean & easy to find everything. I was very impressed & will come there more often even though I no longer live in that area. It was pleasant to shop there it would be worth the trip!”

“More often than not, well stocked and easy to find most items; from general housekeeping to health and beauty, to some grocery. If you're not terribly picky, you can find the basic items here.My only criticism is the location does need more people as there were some boxes left on the floor. Family Dollar is hiring so hopefully that can be done soon.”

“If customers understand what short staff means. If you don’t like the service you can go to another store. If there’s no employees to put the truck up then the merchandise is going to be low stock. If they are close is for a reason. If you are unemployed and need a job the apply there and start making the difference but you can’t talk about something you don’t know. And for the lady that said that there were like 6 employees talking trash about the manager there’s not that much employees at that store so that’s a lie. Keep it real and be understanding too.”

“Terah, the store manager is so helpful. Good variety of items and very clean store. They even sell cloths. Household items, milk, snacks, over the counter medication etc Some items are one dollar and others go up to five. I shop here frequently and it's wonderful. ?”

“The store is located in the correct demographic for the customer base that they serve. The store was clean It did not reek of any marijuana or any other illicit narcotics which is a very good change for this store where it's located. The staff that was in there was courteous friendly and professional. Woefully under trained and not having the ability to make adjustments. They made the biggest mistake in retail which is to have one price on the shelf and another price in the skew system so I guess what I would have to do is go back and deal with the manager at a later time and date to get this rectified but overall it was the standard experience based on the neighborhood and the individuals that come to this location in the people that they employ I was not looking for Tiffany service I was looking for competent service and I got competent service.”

I stopped in to buy her a shopping cart. Anthony took the time to put the cart together for me. He was so helpful and took time out of his busy morning to help with such a pleasant demeanor. “I went to DG with my mom in the afternoon and I was having some trouble connecting/logging into the DG app to clip coupons for my purchase for that day. I had a wonderful interaction with one of the cashier's who honored the coupon and took her time to search and add that coupon into our purchase. I literally walked in and became a little confused about which DT I was at!!!Super clean, organized, and when a long line formed, a code 3 was called and two more cashiers came out and cleared the line!! If you've ever been there before, you know how it was...I had completely stopped going there but had to pick up a couple things and was in the area--what a pleasant surprise!!Great job Monica and staff!! ??”
