I talked to their service department and they kindly took their time to see what they had, and he informed me that he had a used one, and not only could I come pick it up at no cost, but he graciously cleaned up the part for me. The staff in the office was very friendly when I came to pick it up. They absolutely saved the day for me, and I am very grateful.”

“The people that work here are so nice. They helped me save a lithium battery drive on toy. The original battery was glued it too much. They spent 15 minutes to remove the glue without breaking the connector. And put it a new battery. They didn’t have to do it but they still did it to help customers out.”
