“I dropped my older Google Pixel 7 one times too many, and it would not turn on, display anything on the screen, or be recognized by my computer.I was afraid I lost everything on my phone: notes, pictures of my girlfriend and I, etc.Thankfully, I was lucky enough to get connected with Nathan Fitzgerald at the Cherry Rd Verizon store. Not only did he know exactly what happened with my phone, he reassured me the whole time that everything can be recovered, and he was the friendliest, funniest, most charismatic customer rep I've ever talked to in my 28 years. Not only was he incredibly personable while helping me, he helped out his coworkers and others that came/called in a very dignified and organized manner.Not only did he recover everything on my new Pixel 8, but the exact layout of my phone from how I grouped all of my apps together was recovered. All of that at practically no extra charge other than the negligible activation fees. But, a $30-ish fee is far better than spending $500+ on a new phone.Thank you, Nathan, for being an incredibly huge help!”

“Let me tell you about this rock-star Verizon salesman at the Providence Farm Lane, Charlotte NC location. This guy went above and beyond for me. He motioned me over to the Verizon booth set up at the Southern Living Christmas Show back in November and did his job. I left with an upgrade for my whole family. He took the time to explain the devices, and work with me in sending my old devices back even after I returned home. I do not live in Charlotte, actually about 2.5 hours from Charlotte, but he gave me his contact information to have for any questions. Fast-forward there was an issue with my bill in which I attempted 3 times to handle it myself with customer service only to get angry and hang up on the "Customer Service Professionals" each time. When I reached out to JT he was as kind as always and said he would work on it for me. He not only worked on it but advocated for me on the call with the customer service rep to get the issue resolved. This goes above and beyond his duty to the customer but that is who he is. If you ever need cellular services from a person of true character, professionalism, and charm, he is your guy. Go check him out for all your cellular needs.”

“This store definitely deserves a 5 star review. We came to switch and Sophia was amazing! She went above and beyond what you would expect from an agent. The previous carrier (Verizon) gave us a hard time with switching over information plus prolonging it over an hour but Sophia was very patient and not once frustrated and made us feel comfortable. It was the best decision to switch especially coming to this Location. If it wasn't for Sophia being the star that she is I don't think our transition would have been so smooth! She definitely was the reason why I am happy with our decision to switch to cricket!”

She educated us on the difference between the A32 and the A21, so I'm thinking I had the best phone but then she informed me that Boost don't do their upgrades like we thought. My A21 is the best I've had since being with Boost. We told her that we would be back on Friday to get my Bae a phone as well and remembered us. We were in and out with no problem.”
