She thanked me for being a first responder and was able to relate due to her husband being a firefighter. “On a time crunch to make our gate and one of our Tumi rolling bags had a problem. The handle would no go down which was going to make if difficult for the rest of the trip. Luckily there was a Tumi store on the way to out gas at CLT
Daniel was able to find a similar suitcase that had the same handle. Inside of 10 minutes he switch out the handle and has going. Made it to the gate with time to spare. Aria was super helpful. This is GREAT customer service and certainly justifies the expense of these bags. I hope this review reaches the right folks. Thanks you CLT team!”

“My old phone died on me yesterday and I went to a Boost store close to my home in Mint Hill, they were able to get the transfer going but was closing in 30 minutes and I needed at least to 2 1/2 hours to complete the transfer. Of course I had problems.
The next morning, I went to the Boost Store in Pineville NC. Maya the service rep / cashier came to my rescue, Maya noticed all of my info didn't transfer over, so she downloaded my new phone numerous times, collecting data from the cloud and wherever she could go so that I could get my new phone working the way I want it to work.
Maya DID IT with a pleasant demeanor and the patience of JOB. I REALLY appreciate her determination to get what I want and SHE DID IT!! Thanks Maya!!”
