“You can always rest assured that you’re getting a good deal here. I walked in there with a mess of wires and circuit boards that was the innards of a project I was about to call it quits on. In a last ditch effort I called about a dozen repair places in search of someone to help me relocate some components on a printed circuit board. This place was the only shop that didn’t turn me down. Once everything was de-soldered, I thought “welp, this is going to be impossible for anyone to re-solder these near-microscopic components”. This guy did it successfully and tested everything before I left!

They sell Apple products as well as Android.Lisa was very helpful and friendly!I bought a mobile charger that prevents the iPhone from overheating, which is a new technology and very cool. “Dude on the phone is really nice and chill, he told me that he’s the only one working at this GameStop and is getting paid only $11 a hour and he’s the only one there and his boss won’t hire anymore people, he told me that he was thinking about quitting and finding another job and he promised me that I’ll find a PlayStation 5 one day witch made me feel guilty for him, when I turn 16 in June i promise myself I’d go work at this GameStop and help that dude out because he’s too nice to be going through that alone. “I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Iris, the store manager at Pineville Best Buy. She was absolutely incredible. The store was super busy when we came in, but she still took the time to walk us through every appliance we were considering. You could tell right away how knowledgeable she is—she explained everything in a way that made sense and helped guide us to the right choices.
What really stood out was how patient and attentive she was. Even with everything going on, she made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. It’s rare to come across that kind of service these days, and it honestly made the whole experience so much better.
