“had some really strange issues with my pc- drive + hard drive failure. i took it here because of how many good reviews they had and it was definitely worth it. they were able to tell some of the issues within thirty minutes of me dropping it off, and they called me every day with updates (minus saturday and sunday, which they are not open during). any questions i had were answered immediately with a really good explanation. prices were very fair, and they were able to save me the time of reinstalling all games and programs just by working on it a little longer to fix a very specific problem. great service, definitely recommend!”

“My last review for the Apple Store at SouthPark was less than stellar but over the last couple of visits, I've have some great experiences. In the last two visits, I've purchased a MacBook Air, and Apple Watch. With both visits, I found the associates to be very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. When I went to purchase a replacement MacBook, I wanted to get another MacBook Pro but the sales associate explained that based on how I use my computer, it made more sense to get a MacBook Air which is dramatically less expensive and does everything I need. My next purchase was to replace my old Apple Watch and after speaking with a different sales associate on a different visit, they recommended the Apple Watch Ultra because I do a lot of outdoor activities and the battery life is 3 times that if the regular Apple Watch. I am very pleased with both of my purchases and I think that Apple has turned things around at this location. I highly recommend this location and will be a repeat customer going forward.”
