“I needed to send sympathy flowers on Christmas Eve and as what usually happens they didn’t have the exact flowers portrayed in the picture. I called and spoke with the designer and she made the arrangement and sent me a photo before taking any payment, it was lovely and despite being very busy she delivered it that day. Delivery charge was minimal. Fantastic customer service!”
