“Bought a South Seas Spa at Oasis Outdoor that was delivered about 3 months ago. Sales team was excellent with no pressure and answered our numerous questions graciously. Spa was delivered and set up with no issues at all (delivered to backyard, hooked up, filled and initial chemicals added). Since delivery the store has answered all our chemical treatment questions and when I had an issue with the tub sent a tech the very next day. There are lots of hot tub stores around Charlotte but I really recommend Oasis. This store stands behind there product and have their own employees to install and service the tubs (instead of sub contacting). Great service all around and super friendly staff.They become Peppermint Forest around the holidays and we were so impressed with the service we bought a Christmas tree from them as well!”
